Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40-80 years; 2. The patient has corresponding symptoms of spinal canal stenosis, including lumbar pain, radiation pain, intermittent claudication, sensory abnormalities, motor dysfunction and reflex abnormalities; 3. Imaging showed central spinal canal stenosis or lateral recess stenosis caused by various degenerative diseases such as intervertebral disc herniation and hypertrophy of ligamentum flavum at the lesion segment; 4. The clinical symptoms and signs are consistent with the imaging findings; 5. The severity of the disease has reached the standard of surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spinal stenosis caused by spinal diseases other than spinal degenerative diseases, such as spinal tumors; 2. Previous history of spinal surgery, or other spinal diseases, such as lumbar trauma, spinal infection, severe spinal deformity, ankylosing spondylitis, etc; 3. There are other diseases that may cause low back pain and lower limb dysfunction, such as intermittent claudication caused by lower limb arterial embolism, cerebrovascular accident, severe osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, or after total hip or knee replacement; 4. Serious medical diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe osteoporosis, coagulation dysfunction, etc; 5. Nervous disorders or mental disorders, such as dementia and stroke.
