Interventions

Normal saline group:When suturing of the subcutaneous layer begin,patients are given saline, first with a bolus of 0.5 mg/kg load, and then pumped at a speed of 0.05 mg/kg/h.
Remimazolam group:When suturing of the subcutaneous layer begin,patients are given ramazolam. Ramimazolam is prepared to 1 mg/ml, first bolus at a load of 0.5 mg/kg, and then pumped at a rate of 0.05
Dexmedetomidine group:When suturing of the subcutaneous layer begin,patients are given dexmedetomidine. Dexmedetomidine is formulated to 4 µg/ml and infused at a load of 0.5 µg/kg for more than 10 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old are scheduled to undergo thyroid surgery under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation; 2. Its BMI is 18.5-30kg/m2 and the American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is Class I or II; 3. All patients and their families are informed and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myasthenia gravis; 2. Existing upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Smoking, asthma and other airway hypersensitivity; 4. Use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE-I), bronchodilator or steroid drugs; 5. Previous severe angina attack, arrhythmia, bradycardia or atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome; 6. Chronic renal failure and chronic liver damage; Chronic alcoholism and drug abuse; 7. It is difficult to pull out the pipe.
