Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome conforming to Rome IV diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. Eliminate diarrhea caused by other organic diseases; 4. The laboratory examination results showed that the subjects had no obvious organ function damage; 5. No abnormality is found in colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those suffering from severe heart, lung, kidney and brain insufficiency and multiple organ failure; 2. Patients with low immune function or patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs; 3. Those with mental illness and obvious disturbance of consciousness who cannot cooperate; 4. Those who have evidence of dependence or abuse of alcohol or other substances; 5. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive; 6. Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, and lactating women.
