Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with extremely severe thyroid associated ophthalmopathy who are not sensitive to hormone therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 or older than 65 years; 2. Hormone pulse therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of patients; 3. Patients with systemic consumptive or immune basic diseases; 4. Patients who are worried about surgical risks and have doubts about surgical treatment.
