Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging diagnosis of orbital wall fracture; 2. The age is 18-65; 3. The time from injury to surgery is within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with eyeball rupture; 2. Combined head and face trauma; 3. Bilateral orbital wall fracture; 4. Patients with traumatic optic neuropathy; 5. Compound orbital fracture with orbital rim fracture; 6. Patients with systemic consumptive or immune basic diseases.
