18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who choose to undergo coronary artery bypass grafting (coronary artery bypass grafting); 2. Age: 18-75 years; 3. Cardiac function II~III (NYHA classification); 4. ASAI~III level before operation; 5. All patients knew the contents of this study and agreed to test serum biochemical indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with serious damage to brain, liver, lung and other important organs 2. Have a history of cardiac surgery; 3. Patients with valve dysfunction; 4. Those who need extracorporeal circulation support or transfer to extracorporeal circulation during operation; 5. Those who need a second operation; 6. Subjects can withdraw for any reason.
