Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria, inpatients with monophasic or bipolar depression, with or without psychotic symptoms; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. HAMD-17>16.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have participated in other relevant researchers within 30 days before enrollment; 2. Received ECT or rTMS treatment within 6 months before enrollment; 3. Have a history of abuse of psychoactive substances; 4. There are ECT related contraindications; 5. There are anesthetic risks such as cardiovascular disease; 6. Have a history of epilepsy; 7. The suicide risk rating before admission is high.
