Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with KOA's American College of Rheumatology (ACR) clinical classification diagnostic criteria; 2. The pain score on the digital evaluation scale is greater than or equal to 4 points; 3. MRI data is complete; 4. Good communication, understanding and expression skills, no mental illness, able to understand the treatment plan and follow-up; 5. Willing to comply with the research requirements and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary arthritis defined by the Osteoarthritis Research Society; 2. The imaging data is incomplete due to contraindications in magnetic resonance scanning; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate minimally invasive surgery; 4. Patients with infection at puncture site and coagulation dysfunction; 5. The pain degree of other parts of the body exceeds that caused by KOA itself; 6. The same/similar joint cavity lavage treatment has been performed in the past; 7. Knee surgery and total knee replacement were performed within 6 months after the start of the study; 8. Pregnancy or lactation.
