Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.20 to 40 years old; 2.Normal ovarian reserve: basal FSH 5, AMH>1.2ng/ml; 3.Long agonist regimen; 4.The number of follicles on HCG day (diameter =14mm) 6~15; 5.Those with clear awareness and barrier-free communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine malformation; 2. The thickness of endometrium on HCG day is less than 7mm; 3. Uterine intramural myoma > 3cm; 4. Uterine cavity adhesion; 5. Hydrosalpinx; 6. Chromosome abnormality; 7. Durantine or other narcotic drugs were used during operation; 8. Have serious visual or hearing impairment; 9. Wearing VR equipment has discomfort symptoms such as dizziness; 10. There are other serious diseases of the system.
