Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The elderly patients,>= 65 years old,who underwent radical urological surgery for malignant tumors (prostate cancer, renal cancer, bladder cancer, ureteral cancer) from October 7, 2021 to March 31, 2022,will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug addiction or allergy to analgesics; 2. The patient takes antidepressants or sedatives; 3. Unplanned secondary surgery; 4. Unplanned admission to ICU due to cardio-cerebrovascular events, respiratory failure, severe allergic reactions and other complications during perioperative period; 5. Relevant data is missing; 6. Unable to make effective contact with the patient himself; 7. The questionnaire cannot be completed due to the patient's cognitive dysfunction or language communication barrier or the patient's inability to fully understand the contents of the questionnaire; 8. The patient refused; 9. The patient died.
