Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The revised coma scale was determined as MCS; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. No gender limit; 4. Stable condition and symptoms; 5. Patients with structural brain injury confirmed by brain imaging examination: no obvious displacement, loss or extensive necrosis is found on the MRI of the head, and the brain tissue structure changes significantly, and the lesion in each lobe does not exceed 30% of the range of one side of the brain; 6. Neuromuscular function blockers and sedatives were not used within 24 hours before the study; 7. If the patient's immediate family is willing to take the test, the client shall sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known pre-existing serious neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease; 2. Unstable vital signs; 3. Previous history of epilepsy; 4. There are metal implants in the skull; 5. Have contraindications to tDCS and/or fNIRS; 6. There are serious liver and kidney dysfunction and heart and other important organ dysfunction.
