Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Through clinical examination, it was confirmed that the patient's disease was within the scope of TMD, and it was diagnosed as unilateral masticatory myositis and unilateral synovitis. The measured and recorded data of this group were the affected side; 2. Aged over 18 and under 60 years; 3. Junior high school or above, no mental or intellectual impairment, able to read and understand the questionnaire; 4. All patients have informed consent, voluntarily cooperate with the research and examination, and give feedback truthfully.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis and other systemic diseases or major surgical trauma; 2. Infectious arthritis; 3. The patient has a history of mental illness and drug dependence and cannot complete the treatment by himself; 4. Patients with cochlear implants; 5. The patient has a history of allergy to ultrasound couplant.
