Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Subjects who underwent orthopedic surgery with open reduction and internal fixation of ankle fracture on a selective basis; 4. He voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative peripheral nerve injury or lesion; 2. Long-term oral painkillers due to chronic pain; 3. Serious composite trauma; 4. Pregnant women; 5. There was a history of steroid use within two weeks of the study; 6. There are contraindications of regional block; 7. Contraindications of dexamethasone (mental health disorder, cataract, glaucoma, bacteremia and systemic fungal infection, peptic ulcer disease, viral infection, such as herpes or the latest live vaccine); 8. Patients with diabetes who have a history of allergy to the study drug; 9. The wound is infected.
