2 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective general anesthesia; 2. The estimated operation time is less than 2h; 3. Age 2-6 years; 4. ASA classification I-II; 5. Obesity or normal weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to ARISCAT score, the patients with moderate and high risk, including preoperative SPO2 less than 95%; 2. Respiratory tract infection within 1 month before operation; 3. Preoperative anemia; 4. The surgical incision is in the upper abdomen and chest; 5. Emergency surgery and preoperative lung ultrasound abnormalities.
