Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with grade ASA 1-2, aged >18 years, requiring internal fixation due to a unilateral clavicle fracture (no other concomitant injury or dislocation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder, inability to cooperate or communicate in Chinese; 2. Chronic pain, taking any analgesic drugs, neuropathy of the affected side of the upper limb; 3. Allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Renal failure, myocardial ischemia, cerebral infarction, liver injury, active gastric ulcer; 5. Contraindications of regional anesthesia (coagulopathy, local infection of the block site, and/or allergy to local anesthesia).
