Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. ASA grading ?~?; 3. BMI 18.0-23.99kg/m^2; 4. The expected duration of the operation is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital long QT interval syndrome; 2. Recently taking antiarrhythmic drugs that affect QT interval; 3. Electrolyte disorders (hypokalemia, hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia, etc.); 4. Organic heart disease, myocardial ischemic heart disease, arrhythmia, atrioventricular block and other heart diseases; 5. Liver function and kidney function damage; 6. History of glaucoma; 7. The patient refused to accept the test.
