Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan to live in the study area for at least 1 year; 2. Aged between 20 and 45 years; 3. Married; 4. Gestational age >=28 weeks, =10 and/or Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, EPDS) score >=10 points (PHQ-9 score >=15 points, EPDS score >=13, pregnant women should be judged to be suitable for inclusion).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Score of EPDS item 10 >=1 (indicating that the subjects have a certain risk of self-injury and should be transferred to a professional psychiatrist for further judgment); 2. Pregnant women who have been diagnosed with serious medical conditions requiring hospitalization or outpatient treatment, pregnancy-related diseases (other than common diseases such as anaemia), physical or learning disabilities, postpartum or other forms of psychosis; 3. Pregnant women who became seriously ill, died or moved during the study period; 4. Miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth or congenital disability, or death of their offspring within the first year.
