18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fresh fracture; 2. Thoracolumbar single vertebral body fracture (T11-L2); 3. Rear short segment fixation (6 screws); 4. Aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases on spinal activity and quality of life, such as ankylosing spondylitis, untreated severe osteoporosis, tumors, etc.; 2. There was severe neurological damage (Frankel's grade was lower than D); 3. Previous history of other spinal surgeries; 4. Combined with other parts of the fracture; 5. Follow-up was less than 12 months.
