Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Join the study voluntarily, sign the informed consent, comply well, and cooperate with the interview; 2. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; 3. Patients with advanced digestive system tumors; 4. ECOG PS: 0-2 points; 5. The investigator assessed the benefit of treatment with sepalizumab, and the patient provided informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anaphylaxis or contraindications to zimberelimab; 2. Those who suffer from hypertension and cannot be controlled by antihypertensive drug treatment; 3. Grade 3-4 cardiac insufficiency (NYHA standard); 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. The expected survival time is less than 3 months; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
