Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Before operation, the whole layer of rectum was pulled out of the anus and the length was more than 8cm; 2. Patients who have not received transabdominal surgery; 3. Patients who have not performed transanal resection of the bowel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative urination or sexual dysfunction; 2. No fixed sexual partner or no sexual activity after surgery and unable to perform sexual function score; 3. Patients undergoing laparotomy again during the perioperative period; 4. Patients undergoing laparotomy during robotic or laparoscopic surgery; 5. Incomplete clinical data, incomplete follow-up and incomplete data.
