Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55-80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 edition); 3. Patients receiving unilateral TKA for the first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoarthritis, such as traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.; 2. There is currently infection in the affected knee joint or other parts of the body; 3. Have blood system diseases; 4. Past or present use of antithrombotic drugs; 5. Previous history of thrombosis or arteriovenous color Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs found thrombosis; 6. High-risk cardiovascular diseases with thrombosis, such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, and after stent implantation; 7. The patient had a history of epilepsy and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
