18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Clearly diagnose thoracic aortic dissection, thoracic aortic aneurysm, intracranial hematoma of thoracic aortic wall, and thoracic aortic ulcer patients requiring surgical treatment; 3. Patients can understand the purpose of the experiment, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cardiac aortic surgery 2. Previous stroke or cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Due to pacemaker implantation, claustrophobia, weakness and other reasons, head MRI was not performed in the time window after acute and severe thoracic aorta surgery.
