Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of ITP is consistent with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (2020 Edition); 2. The patient has no mental disease; 3. Patients were informed of the study and signed informed consent; 4. The control group was normal immune function patients without serious infection and autoimmune disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating; 2. Patients with history of thrombosis; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Uncontrollable hypertension, hyperglycemia, peptic ulcer, etc.; 5. Severe or difficult to control infections: such as viral infections (HIV, HBV, HCV, herpes virus, etc.), fungi, tuberculosis, etc.; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness; 7. Other secondary thrombocytopenia: such as autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, lymphatic system proliferative diseases, myelodysplastic disorders (aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, myelofibrosis, etc.), hematologic malignancies.
