Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged >=65 years; 2. Elective hip replacement under general anesthesia; 3. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Severe mental disorder, difficult to cooperate with researches; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Senile dementia.
