Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for adolescent patients with depressive disorder: (1) Han nationality, right-handed, aged between 11 and 18 years (including the critical value), gender is not limited; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder and non-suicidal self-injury in DSM-5; (3) HAMD-24>=20 scores; (4) Have not used any antidepressant or other psychotropic drugs; (5) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects: (1) Han nationality, right-handed, aged 11-18 years; (2) Without any mental disorder; (3) Gender and education level matched with patient group; (4) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous episodes of mania or hypomania; 2. Concomitant with any mental disorders; 3. Alcohol dependence and abuse; 4. Genetic and organic diseases; 5. Mental retardation and mental retardation; 6. History of seizures or family history of seizures; 7. History of electroconvulsive therapy.
