Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. ASA grade I or II; 3. Duration of anesthesia is greater than 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung diseases (lung infection, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 2. Liver function impairment (ALT and/or AST>1.5 times the normal reference range); 3. Patients with cocoagulation dysfunction (PT/APTT higher than the upper limit of reference value); 4. Recent or long-term use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet aggregation drugs; 5. Preoperative hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit (Hct) are not within the normal range; 6. History of hypertension; History of diabetes; History of heart disease or other chronic diseases; 7. Patients suffering from mental or neurological diseases, or unable to express their wishes correctly; Patients who take sedative, analgesic and psychotropic drugs for a long time; Patients with chronic alcohol or drug abuse; 8. Spinal trauma or severe low back pain; Neuromuscular diseases (specifically paraplegia, myasthenia gravis); Patients with severe systemic infections or infections in the lower back; 9. Known difficult airway; Allergic to the drugs used in this project.
