Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aphasia caused by cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, more than 6 months after onset; 2. Aged over 18 years, no gender limit, right-handed, native Chinese; 3. Aphasia was diagnosed by WAB with an aphasia quotient of less than 93.8; 4. Willingness to undergo cervicoseptal nerve amputation; 5. The consciousness, intelligence and language status can cooperate with the language rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical contraindications for any reason judged by a qualified anesthesiologist or clinician, including but not limited to: serious untreated medical disease, severe cerebrovascular stenosis, etc.; 2. Recurrent acute bleeding or infarction; 3. Contraindications of MRI scanning; 4. Received intensive post-stroke rehabilitation treatment 4 weeks before enrollment.
