Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their family members are aware of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. The patients were all first-time patients, consistent with the diagnosis of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction) and head CT or MR Diagnosis; 3. Stable in all indicators, clear in consciousness, able to read and communicate with others; 4. Able to read and understand the questionnaire content; 5. Patients with no obvious heart, liver and lung dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious or unstable illness; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with mental abnormality and poor compliance.
