Group 1:Drink 5ml/kg of carbohydrate-rich nutrient solution 2 hours before surgery
Group 2:Fasting after 24:00 on the eve of the operation until the start of the operation

4 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who plan to undergo tonsil adenoidectomy; 2. Aged 4-10 years; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. Body mass index (BMI) : 15 kg/m^2<BMI<20 kg/m^2; 5. The guardian of the child participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal digestive tract anatomy; 2. History of digestive tract disease or surgery; 3. Receiving treatment that affects gastric motility; 4. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney, or endocrine diseases; 5. With predictable difficult airway; 6. Allergic to study drugs; 7. The children and/or family members of the children cannot effectively communicate with the medical staff, and the compliance is poor; 8. Children who are participating in other studies.
