Age
18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old; (2) Primary liver cancer; (3) The resected specimens were pathologically confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma; (4) ECOG physical strength score = 2; (5) The expected survival time is more than 3 months; (6) Histopathological micronecrosis score was 1 or 2; (7) There are no malignant tumors in other parts; (8) No other treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma before surgical resection; (9) R0 resection; (10) There was no recurrence or distant metastasis in liver MRI and CT 1 month after operation; (11) Willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The tissue margin of surgical specimens was positive; (2) There was massive necrosis or histopathological micronecrosis visible to the naked eye, and the score was 3; (3) Metastasis occurred before or after 3-5 weeks of follow-up; (4) Received liver transplantation; (5) Allergic to the drugs used by TACE; (6) Uncontrollable infections; (7) Other malignant tumors other than HCC (except fully treated basal and skin squamous cell carcinoma, cervical carcinoma in situ and thyroid papillary carcinoma) within five years; (8) Pregnancy or lactation; (9) There are mental diseases that can affect cognition and cooperation; (10) Receive treatment for HCC other than surgical resection; (11) TACE was not tolerated by clinical evaluation.
