Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At 24-28 weeks of gestation, a 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed, and the patients were diagnosed with gestational diabetes according to Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (2014); 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Conventional medical nutrition treatment of blood glucose, without drug treatment of patients; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious systemic diseases requiring hospitalization; 2. Diabetic patients with pregnancy; 3. Patients with blood glucose treated with conventional medical nutrition and drug treatment; 4. Patients with incomplete data who have not received routine birth examination in our hospital; 5. Patients who have taken dietary fiber, probiotics or prebiotics within the last 1 month; 6. Patients who have a history of surgery to change the normal structure of the gastrointestinal tract, suffer from intestinal organic lesions, acute and chronic intestinal obstruction; 7. Patients with diseases deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the investigator.
