Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who plan to undergo assisted reproductive technology without contraceptive infertility for more than 2 years; 2. Obtain informed consent of patients and their families, pass the hospital ethics application (in the process of application), and pass the clinical trial registration (after the ethical application is approved); 3. Aged 22-45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine malformation; 2. History of acute genital tract inflammation, endometrial adhesion or adhesion decomposition; 3. Endometrial polyps, endometriosis, uterine and adnexal masses, etc.; 4. Hypertension; 5. Autoimmune diseases; 6. Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactin syndrome, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases.
