Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women; 2. Normal bone density (T score >-1.5) at 3 sites (lumbar spine, total hip, and neck of femur), or osteoporosis at at least 1 of 3 sites (T score <= -2.5); 3. Volunteer and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current antibiologic therapy or repeated antibiologic therapy within the past 6 months; 2. Current cortical therapy or discontinuation time less than 6 months; 3. Current treatment for osteoporosis or continued for more than 3 months in the past 5 years; 4. Current menopausal hormone therapy; 5. Current or discontinued drugs may affect bone metabolism (such as anti-aromatase); 6. Known liver, heart, or respiratory insufficiency; 7. Pathology that may affect bone metabolism, especially severe renal insufficiency; 8. Serious diseases, especially disabling and chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; 9. Diseases characterized by severe diseases of the gut microbiome (e.g., severe obesity, BMI>40 kg/m^2, depression, poorly controlled diabetes); 10. Difficulties in communication or understanding due to mental illness or other reasons.
