Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction: Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction of the 2018 edition of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic stroke formulated by Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. They all underwent head CT or MRI examination for 1 to 3 times, and the structure retention of the affected brain region was high. All patients received conventional treatment for >= 2 weeks, their condition was stable, and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score was > 17 points. 2. Imaging examination of infarct size cerebral infarction >2mm; 3. The patient or guardian agrees and knows the intervention plan of this study, and signs the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and epilepsy history; 2. Various types of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and transient ischemic attack; 3. Patients with unstable condition, progressive cerebral infarction or secondary cerebral hemorrhage after cerebral infarction; 4. There are metal implants in the body, which affect the nuclear magnetic scan of the head; 5. Deaf, mute, aphasia and consciousness disorder, unable to cooperate with the scale test; 6. Tumor history; 7. Patients with other serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure in the past and patients with cranial hypertension.
