Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction, aged from 18 to 90 years (inclusive); 2. COVID-19 patients infected with the Omicron strain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to swab taking; 2. Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
