Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent episodes. 2. HSV virus isolated by tissue culture or virus detected by PCR positive HSV DNA or effective antiviral treatment was diagnosed as herpes simplex keratitis by doctors. 3. The clinician diagnosed herpes simplex keratitis. 4. Patients aged 18-70 years. 5. The patients or their legal guardians voluntarily join the study, sign the informed consent, comply well, and cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (especially CCR < 0.8mL /min/kg); Or people with electrolyte disorders; 2. Complicated with definite immunodeficiency disease; 3. Patients with neuroparesthesia or history of anemia or neutrophil or thrombocytopenia; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients, or all patients of childbearing age (male and female) who plan to become pregnant or do not want contraception during the study period; 5. Mental or psychological illness; 6. According to the researchers, the patients may have human rights systemic diseases that are not suitable for participation in this study; 7. Herpes simplex keratitis, present with any of the following eye diseases: (1) Acute allergic conjunctivitis; (2) Infection (such as bacterial, fungal, other viral or protozoan infection of eyelid, cornea, conjunctiva, lacrimal apparatus, etc.); (3) Inflammation (such as conjunctivitis, scleritis, uveitis, endophthalmitis, etc.).
