Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years and =31.25; 5. Cognitively normal; 6. Informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma and other critical diseases; 2. Patients who are participating in other studies.
