18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for traumatic orthopaedic Achilles tendon rupture, Department of Orthopaedic Medicine, Fourth Medical Center, PLA General Hospital; 2. Preoperative history of Achilles tendon rupture <=3 weeks; 3. Aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Avulsion fracture of calcaneal tubercle; 2. Patients with immune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, coercive spondylitis, diabetes mellitus, history of hormone injections, and use of high-dose hormones and quinolones; 3. Heavy drinking and smoking habits; 4. Open Achilles tendon rupture.
