60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. BMI<=28; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; 4. Have certain communication and understanding ability; 5. The patient consented to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis; 2. Patients with other diseases affecting physical activity function, such as heart disease, diabetes, nephritis; 3. Have undergone knee replacement or have undergone other knee operations such as knee arthroscopy within 6 months; 4. Patients with a history of mental illness or cognitive inability to cooperate with the experiment.
