Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 2-6 years old with chronic diarrhea in the last 6 months. 2. There are different degrees of vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms. 3. The shape of stool changes, showing loose stool, watery stool, mucus stool or pus and blood stool. 4. More frequent bowel movements than usual. 5. No symptoms of dehydration or poisoning, generally in good condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical history; 2. Digestive system abnormalities; 3. Gene therapy in the last 6 months.
