65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing radical gastrectomy under elective general anesthesia, no gender limit,aged 65-80 years, ASA grade II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation time < 2 hours; 2. MMSE score <26; 3. History of preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 5. A history of long-term use of opioids or neuropsychiatric drugs; 6. A history of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or cognitive impairment; 7. Postoperative ICU; 8. Hearing or speech impairment; 9. Patients with coagulation disorders; 10. Skin infection at the puncture site; 11. Allergy to any drugs used in this study; 12. The patient refused to continue to participate in the study.
