Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PPPD (in accordance with the draft diagnostic criteria for the 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases); 3. Complete head MRI and other related examinations; 4. Can cooperate to complete various scales; 5. Obtain informed consent from patients and their families, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases that may involve the central nervous system, such as cerebrovascular disease, multiple sclerosis, optic neuromyelitis, thyroid related diseases, Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome, vitamin deficiency, etc.; 2. History of poison use and history of hypoxia; 3. Other diseases that may cause leucoencephalopathy, such as inflammatory demyelinating diseases and genetically related leucoencephalopathy; 4. Patients suffering from end-stage diseases, such as malignant tumors and uremia; 5. Severe cardiac, liver or renal insufficiency; 6. Have definite mental illness, such as schizophrenia; 7. A long history of psychotropic drug use.
