Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The anesthesia grade (ASA grade) was II ~ IV; 2. Cardiac function grade II to III; 3. No obvious abnormality of heart, lung, liver and kidney function before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to dexmedetomidine hydrochloride; 2. Second pancreas or kidney transplantation; 3. Patients who have taken sedatives for a long time and have a history of mental illness; 4. History of severe arrhythmias such as bradycardia and degree III atrioventricular block; 5. Preoperative encephalopathy.
