40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease, and must meet the third diagnostic criteria; 2. Have complete head MRI and SWI data; 3. Complete investigation data can be collected through medical records, etc.; 4. No communication barriers; 5. Agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction; 2. Cerebral embolism caused by cardiogenic, fatty, amniotic fluid, etc.; 3. Patients with central nervous system infection, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, brain trauma, brain tumor; 4. Patients with malignant tumors, serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood, genetic, metabolic, toxic and rheumatic immune system diseases; 5. Unable to cooperate with the evaluator due to severe speech disorder, limb movement and hearing impairment; 6. Patients with mental retardation or psychosis and long-term use of antipsychotic drugs; 7. Patients with cognitive impairment before stroke.
