50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 50 and 70 years, living in Dalian for a long time, Han nationality; 2. Diagnosed with osteoporosis; 3. Personal information is completed; 4. Clear consciousness, good understanding and communication skills; 5. Able to walk completely; 6. Informed consent of patients was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual analog pain score (VAS) of knee pain at the time of study participation was > 4; 2. Patients with third-degree meniscus injury or above or anterior cruciate ligament fracture indicated by recent MRI; 3. History of the tumor, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism; 4. History of lower limb fracture and operation; 5. Severe osteoarthritis of lower limb joints (hip, knee, ankle); 6. Patients with recent cerebrovascular diseases and sequelae of lower limb dysfunction; 7. Patients with cardiac insufficiency or other serious medical diseases; 8. Blood pressure was higher than 140/90mmHg at the time of the study; 9. Those who cannot persist in completing treatment for various reasons.
