Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy was performed in patients with ASA grade I-?, aged from 25 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Neuropathy; 4. Allergy to local anesthesia drugs; 5. Puncture site infection; 6. Severe liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 7. Mental illness; 8. History of substance abuse; 9. History of acute or chronic pain.
