Group HR:Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia + sacral canal block (0.20% ropivacaine mixed with 10 ug/kg hydromorphone)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with hypospadias scheduled for surgery in the Pediatric Surgery Department of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital; 2. Aged 0-4 years; 3. ASA classification: I-II; 4. Indications of sacral canal puncture; 5. Physical examination showed no abnormality in heart and lung; 6. Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with sacral canal closure and spinal diseases; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Complicated with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients allergic to narcotic drugs were involved in this study; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. Recent history of pulmonary infection or upper respiratory tract infection; 7. Stunting.
