Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of PD was in line with Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 Edition); 2. The patient or his family can provide a clear medical history; 3. Intellectual ability to understand and complete the screening scale; 4. All enrolled patients signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed clear structural abnormalities or organic lesions in the brain; 2. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome, Parkinson's superimposed syndrome or other neurodegenerative diseases caused by various causes; 3. Patients with serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney malignancies and other systemic diseases; 4. Patients who use antianxiety and depression drugs, antipsychotics or have a history of mental illness, and alcoholics; 5. Associated with other diseases that may cause RBD; 6. RBD patients with the possibility of drug induction.
