Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Residents of community and pension institutions or out-patients and inpatients of hospitals; 3. In stable health, able to move autonomously, able to complete the survey forms by oneself or under the explanation of the researchers; 4. Signed the informed consent and voluntarily accept the comprehensive assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe chronic disease or acute exacerbation of chronic disease, such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, NYHA Grade III-IV chronic heart failure, renal insufficiency (eGFR < 15ml/1.73m^2·min or requiring dialysis), acute active phase of autoimmune disease, tumor patients undergoing treatment, etc.; 2. Acute severe diseases, such as severe pneumonia, sepsis, acute soft tissue infection of lower extremities, active stage of tuberculosis, acute heart failure, acute renal failure, acute coronary syndrome, respiratory failure, acute stroke, etc.; 3. Prolonged bedridden or completely incapacitated; 4. Unable to complete relevant physical tests, including: grip strength, walking for 6 meters (canes or walkers can be used), timed standing up and walking, balance function test, etc.; 5. End-stage patients (life expectancy less than half a year); 6. Suffering from severe mental illness (e.g., severe depression); 7. Severe visual or hearing impairment that interferes with daily communication and prevents them from completing the questionnaire.
