45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-65 years; 2. Perform general surgical operations (such as gastric surgery, colorectal surgery, gynecological surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, thyroid surgery, breast surgery, burn plastic surgery) under general anesthesia; 3. ASA grading ?~?; 4. Expected operation time >2 hours; 5. Sign informed consent; 6. Identify patients diagnosed with diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular, epilepsy and other central nervous system diseases; 2. Mental illness, recent treatment with psychotropic drugs; 3. History of opioid or other psychotropic drug abuse; 4. Patients with a long history of drinking alcohol (regular drinking history more than 15 years); 5. Long-term use of sedative drugs before surgery; 6. Allergic to sevoflurane or inhaled narcotic drugs; 7. Suspected or confirmed malignant high fever history of oneself or family members; 8. Severe cardiovascular diseases (severe arrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome, acute and chronic heart failure); 9. Obvious abnormal liver and kidney function; 10. Have neuromuscular junction diseases (such as myasthenia gravis), or have used antibiotics that may affect neuromuscular conduction function (such as aminoglycosides).
